Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LagaPOS ("LagaPOS", "the Service"), available at lagapos.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use LagaPOS on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

LagaPOS is an operations platform for WooCommerce store owners. It provides order management, inventory tracking, courier booking, coupon synchronization, staff activity reporting, fraud screening and related tools. LagaPOS connects to your WooCommerce store through API credentials that you provide.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by staff members you invite.
• You must keep your credentials, API keys and secrets confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You may sign in with email and password or with Google sign-in; both are governed by these Terms.

By connecting a WooCommerce store, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that store, and you grant LagaPOS permission to read and write orders, products, stock and coupons through the WooCommerce API on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time, which stops all synchronization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited goods.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data or stores.
• Interfere with, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or abuse SMS, courier or API integrations.
• Misrepresent your identity or your business.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.

You retain ownership of your business data (orders, products, customers). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

LagaPOS integrates with third parties you choose — WooCommerce, courier providers, SMS gateways, Google sign-in and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or actions.

We work to keep LagaPOS reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LagaPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using LagaPOS and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and other users. On termination, your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
